What is beeswax?
Beeswax is a natural wax produced by honey bees. The wax is formed into scales by eight wax-producing glands in the abdominal segments of worker bees, which discard it in or at the hive.

Beeswax is known to burn very clean as opposed to other waxes, and givens an even melt. It also is used as a natural solidifying agent in both candles and body care products. It is one of the main ingredients in all our products.
As for the bodily benefits, beeswax has been known to:

will extend the life of your skin care products.
Where do we source our beeswax?
We source all our beeswax from local Canadian apiaries (or bee farms). This ensures we are able to give back to the community and help protect our dwindling bee population.
